Tracie is the owner and creator of Reflecting Well. Tracie brings to her practice a master’s level education, years of professional experience, but more importantly, a personal journey of mental health. Tracie made a career transition into the mental health field in 2015 to guide others who have experienced the challenges of life circumstances like she experienced. Tracie’s desire is that everyone learn to reach their fullest mental health wellness and to be able to experience the most life has to offer.

While in session I work with my clients to sit in the emotion, feel the emotion and put emotion into words. With knowledge of emotion comes empowerment. Learning to define how feel when you feel it gives you the ability to decide how to respond to your emotion.
